Arrivals: Your greeter is waiting as you step off the aircraft. They'll carry a name board, guide you through fast-track immigration, help collect your baggage, and walk you to your waiting transfer vehicle.
Departures: Your greeter meets you at the terminal entrance or kerbside, handles check-in if needed, fast-tracks you through security, and escorts you to the lounge or departure gate.
Transits: Your greeter meets you on arrival and stays with you until you've cleared transfer security and reached your connecting gate — including buggy transfers for long distances between concourses.
