What is Airport Fast Track?

Airport fast track gives you access to dedicated priority lanes for security screening, immigration, and passport control — bypassing the standard queues that can stretch to 45 minutes or longer at busy airports.

At airports like Heathrow and Dubai, standard security queues regularly back up during morning and evening peaks. Fast track lanes are separate channels maintained for premium passengers and concierge service clients, processed by dedicated staff with shorter wait times — often under five minutes.

Curo includes fast track as part of every booking, arranged by our agents who know each airport's priority access system inside out.

Fast Track Security vs Fast Track Immigration

These are two distinct services — and both matter.

Fast track security (departures) — Bypass the main security screening queues where laptops, liquids, and jackets are checked. At Heathrow Terminal 5, standard security can take 30+ minutes during morning peaks; fast track takes under 5.

Fast track immigration (arrivals) — Skip the Border Force or passport control queues on arrival. At Dubai and Heathrow, arrival immigration queues regularly exceed 40 minutes after long-haul flights. Fast track immigration is often the single most valuable service for arriving passengers.

Curo arranges both as part of your concierge booking, selecting the appropriate fast-track method for your specific airport, terminal, and direction of travel.

Fast Track at Key Airports

Heathrow Fast Track — Available at all terminals. Heathrow security fast track and immigration fast track are among the most in-demand services at LHR, where standard queues are longest.

Dubai Fast Track — Fast track at Terminal 1, 2, and 3 at DXB. Dubai immigration fast track is particularly valuable after long-haul flights when passengers arrive exhausted and face lengthy queues.

Singapore Changi Fast Track — Changi's immigration process is generally efficient, but fast track is still a significant improvement, especially during peak arrival windows.

Bangkok Fast Track — Thai immigration at Suvarnabhumi is notorious for slow processing during peak season (November to February). Fast track is practically essential for winter arrivals.

When Fast Track Makes the Biggest Difference

Fast track is most valuable when:

• You're arriving after a long-haul flight and have been travelling for 10+ hours — the last thing you want is a 45-minute immigration queue.

• You're on a tight connection and need to clear transfer security quickly to make your next flight.

• You have a morning departure and peak security queues risk your on-time boarding.

• You're travelling with children or elderly passengers for whom long queues are particularly uncomfortable.

• You're on a business trip where arriving sharp and on time is non-negotiable.

Most passengers clear security or immigration in under 5 minutes with fast track, compared to 30–60 minutes in standard queues during peak hours.
